SERVICE METHOD & PRESENTATION

• Place the vegan burger on the vegan side of the chargrill and cook for approx 8-10 minutes. Top with vegan cheese and transfer to the overhead grill. • Heat the vegan chilli in microwave for approx 30 seconds. • Assembly: base - vegan mayo - lettuce - vegan burger with vegan cheese - vegan chilli - pico de gallo salsa- gherkin - lid - skewer.
