Celery

This includes celery stalks, leaves, seeds and celeriac. It is often found in celery salt, curries, salads, some meat products, soups and stock cubes/bouillons. Symptoms: Varies from a mild reaction to Anaphylactic Shock.

Cereals - Containing Gluten

This includes wheat (such as spelt and Khorasan wheat/Kamut), rye, barley and oats. It is often found in foods containing flour, such as some baking powders, batter and breadcrumbs. An intolerance to this is the body’s inability to break down gluten (a protein in wheat/other grains). Coeliac Disease is a digestive condi tion caused by gluten intolerence. Symptoms: Head Aches, Diarrhoea, Stomach Pains and Lethargy.
