Safety Tips in using the Combi Oven

 When removing trays from the upper shelves beware of hot liquid spillages if the tray becomes inclined. Burns to the hand and arms are possible.  Always use an oven cloth to handle the tray which covers your hand.  Always ensure your sleeves are rolled down to cover your arms.  Handle cooking trays with both hands to keep the tray stable.  Do not fully slide out the tray whilst holding the end only as it will drop as it comes off the runners and spill hot liquid.
