• Firstly corn in half, then cut each half in quarter in halves lengthways. • All ingredients in their correct storage locations ready for service. • Chop lime into wedges.

• Place lime wedge on on plate and sprinkle with fajita seasoning. • Garnish with micro coriander and sprinkle Togaroshi seeds on top. • • Serve as illustrated.
