Guests In House Processes
5.2
Extend a Stay for a Checked In Guest

From the dashboard, select the guest who wants to extend their stay and check availability

Select CHANGE RESERVATION
Amend the no of nights in the booking to the new departure date Check the rates for the additional nights and take payment from the guest OPTIONS > BILLING > PAYMENT and post the correct amount for the additional night(s) and cooked breakfasts

CLOSE the Billing screen
Note you can only follow this process if the guest is paying his own account. Third Party Authorisation Forms, reservations which are being billed back (e.g. Gift Experience Stays and reservations with vPayment cards cannot be extended, without appropriate authorisation)
Room Move a Checked in Guest

From the dashboard, select the guest you want to room move
GO TO Options ROOM MOVE
Select the new room [OK]
Change Room Status – amend to Dirty as default

Room Move a Checked in Guest when fully booked

From the dashboard, go to ROOM PLAN
Select the guest who is allocated to the room you want to move and DRAG their booking to a PM Room no

[YES] to room move screen prompt [YES] to confirm the RT Change
Change the room status for the room to either Clean or Dirty [OK] to confirm the move. You can now room move the other guest
Important – do this process quickly as by moving the guest to a PM room, there is a risk you will receive another booking!!
