Creating Housekeeping Task Sheets

From the Dashboard GO TO HOUSEKEEPING For a simple report (suitable for small lodges) o [REPORT] o [PRINT]

For a more detailed report, or if several housekeepers on duty: o Deselect CLEAN rooms and OOO Rooms [SEARCH] o [EXPANDED] o Enter no of Attendants (Housekeepers) on duty [OK] o One Task sheet will be created for each housekeeper o

Review the list and use [MOVE] function to move any rooms from one Housekeeper to another

[PRINT]

Arrival Rooms will be marked [!] and Stayover rooms will be marked [*]

Changing Rooms from “Dirty” to “Clean” in Opera

From the Dashboard GO TO HOUSEKEEPING

[CHANGE]

Select the room numbers from the Room List and mark with an X [OK] If all rooms are definitely clean select [ALL] to mark with the X

Default status will be change to CLEAN
