As you can see, we have a lot of items to store.

Due to this, we should NOT have any unnecessary items in these areas, including personal belongings.

Key rules: • Clean & dirty linen need to be separated at all times • Laundry must be kept on shelving and never on the floor • All shelves containing laundry must be clearly labelled • Ensure everything is clean, tidy and organised • Ensure the keys are available to enter these rooms at all times

CLEANING

• Make sure they are fully stocked with everything you need • Make sure they are stable and are not going to fall over • Make sure they are never blocking a fire exit door • They must be pushed in to a locked cupboard / room at the end of your shift – NEVER left in view of guests • All trolleys need to be clean, neat and tidy at all times
