Your Set Up... • Ensure all tables have clean, white, ironed  table cloths • All equipment is clean and in full working  order • All crockery & glasses are clean and  cutlery polished • All Jam bowls are clean and debris free • Line trays with a napkin • Tongs must be available for food handling  of all bread items • Ensure Yoghurts, Butter and Sunflower  spread are on a bed of ice • Fresh fruit must always be ‘Fresh’ • Ensure you have ice in all cores of jugs &  milk urns • Make sure you have cooked breakfast  menus available • Make sure you have IKL guest sat survey  slips available to engage with the guests  

Your Guests...  Are your guests going to ‘Strongly Agree’ to  the following questions on the guest  satisfaction survey? • Overall I was satisfied with the breakfast • I felt that the level of server interaction  met my needs during breakfast • The complimentary buffet breakfast was  attractively presented & well stocked • The complimentary buffet breakfast  provided was fresh Are you offering your guests a                 ‘Quality Breakfast’?
