As a team member, you must do everything you can to keep yourselves, your team mates and your guest’s safe at all times.
Accidents and Incidents
If there is an incident or accident, then you must do what you can and tell a member of management straight away.
If you spot anything that you think is a hazard and is dangerous, you must tell the duty manager straight away.
Things like:
• Broken / damaged furniture
• Broken / damaged windows and window restrictors • Carpet coming up creating a trip hazard
• Broken / damaged travel cot
• Broken plugs
