Opera System and General Information

Logging on to Opera

All users must have their own unique login and password and they must log off when they step away from the terminal

Managers can unlock/reset team member’s passwords

Please email Central Reservations (info@innkeeperslodge.com) with name and job title of new starters or names of leavers Manager unable to Login Please contact the CRO team on 0121 498 6868 and explain the situation and they will re-instate it for you (note CRO is NOT 24hrs)

Launch the OPERA Lite icon from the computers desktop or internet favourites. There should be a separate link for the live system and the training system Enter your username and password in fields on the left hand side of the screen [LOGIN] Click on the PMS (Property Management System) button to launch OPERA Lite PMS for your lodge.

You will now see the Lodge Dashboard Screen
